RESEARCH FOCUS

Dr. Thomas's research interests broadly focus on the relationship between strategic management and citizen engagement. More recently, he has explored the impact of “super citizens” on advocacy and administrative change with sport as a common setting.  His work appears Administration & Society, the American Review of Public Administration, International Journal of Public Administration, Public Administration Review, and Public Performance & Management Review.
